MUSICAL SHOW SCHEDULE:
By accepting these policies and conditions, the client agrees to schedule and/or inform the event planner of the artist’s performance so that it is included in the overall event planning.
The artist agrees to begin the show at the agreed-upon time and is NOT responsible for delays caused by third parties such as: the client, power issues at the venue, or legal permits that prevent the show from starting. However, in such cases, the artist allows a waiting period of 30 to 45 minutes before starting the performance.
TECHNICAL PRODUCTION, SETUP, SOUND CHECKS, AND TECHNICAL RIDER
By accepting these policies and conditions, the client is responsible for the technical setup, compliance with the Technical Rider, and the professional execution of Nati Ortiz’s performance. All technical specifications must be met to ensure a professional standard.
When the sound amplification and/or Technical Rider are provided by the artist or their management company, they commit to all requirements specified in the Technical Rider, based on the venue capacity and type of event.
Nati Ortiz’s staff will be present at the event venue at the scheduled time designated by the event producer to conduct sound, lighting, energy, and stage setup checks.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE OTHER ARTISTS ALLOWED TO PERFORM SOUND CHECKS DURING NATI ORTIZ’S DESIGNATED SOUND CHECK.
NO SOUND CHECKS FROM OTHER ARTISTS ARE PERMITTED DURING NATI ORTIZ’S LIVE SHOW.
If the event includes a central stage, it will be used exclusively by Nati Ortiz, without restriction from the production team or other participating artists.
When the stage is shared by multiple performers, the production company is responsible for managing all transitions between artists.
DRESSING ROOM, BEVERAGES, AND CATERING
By accepting these policies and conditions, the client will inform and authorize the planner or logistics team to provide free access to hydrating beverages such as water and sodas upon request by the artist’s team.
The client agrees to provide a designated dressing room or equivalent space equipped with at least one table and seating, upon request for the event.
By accepting these terms, the client also authorizes the event planner or logistics company to include ( ) individuals from the artist’s team in the event’s catering services, provided it is mutually agreed upon.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & DIGITAL CONTENT
By accepting these policies and conditions, the client DOES ____ / DOES NOT ____ AUTHORIZE the CONTRACTOR and audiovisual team to record photographs and videos of Nati Ortiz’s musical performance for commercial, digital, or social media use, including footage of attendees and the private event.
General Audiovisual Conditions:
All photos and video content captured are the exclusive property of the artist and her audiovisual team.
By accepting these terms, I acknowledge that such media may be publicly shared on the artist’s official social media platforms.
The artist and her team are not obligated to deliver or share audiovisual material produced during the event.
EVENT DATE CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
If the event is postponed or canceled due to force majeure — such as curfews, lockdowns, transportation or travel restrictions, border closures, or other unforeseen events — the artist and their representative will offer a new date for the event.
If the event is canceled, the financial deposit may be used for a future booking. Please consider the following rescheduling and cancellation policies:
No refunds will be issued for deposits or advance payments.
The artist and JGRMUSIC will propose a new event date based on the availability in Nati Ortiz’s calendar.
Any financial penalties or fees from changes or cancellations to flights or accommodations must be covered by the party requesting the change.
A penalty of 100% of the total contracted amount applies if the technical production company fails to meet the requirements of the Technical Rider.
A penalty of 100% applies if the event is canceled without prior notice or communication with the artist or her management.
A penalty of 100% applies if the event is canceled on the same day or within 15 days prior to the scheduled date.
TERMINATION CLAUSES:
Due to breach of contract, in which case the party in compliance is entitled to compensation.
Due to lack of technical capacity or failure to meet basic guarantees such as compliance with the Technical Rider, catering, dressing room, and security for the artist and her team. In this case, compensation will also apply in favor of the complying party.
NOTE: Nathalie Ortiz, also known as Urban Violin Girl, hereby declares that JGRMUSIC is the only company authorized to represent and manage her bookings, concerts, and brand.
Julián Alberto Gil Rojas (ID: 16940889 – Cali) is the legal representative. There are no other authorized agencies, record labels, or individuals permitted to sell or represent the Nati Ortiz or Urban Violin Girl brand.
We guarantee that no other artist in the national or international music industry uses the name Nati Ortiz or Urban Violin Girl. The brand is officially registered, and through her label JGRMUSIC, complies with national and international copyright regulations, including proper licensing for the public performance of phonograms.
The CLIENT must be responsible for paying any fees required by performance rights organizations or copyright entities if applicable to the private event.
HORARIO DE SHOW MUSICAL:
Al aceptar las políticas y condiciones, este se compromete a programar y/o comunicar al planeador del evento la presentación del artista para que sea incluida en el esquema de planeación del evento.
PRODUCCIÓN TÉCNICA, MONTAJE, PRUEBAS DE SONIDO, Y RIDER TÈCNICO.
CAMERINO, BEBIDAS y CATERING.
FOTOGRAFIA, VIDEO Y CONTENIDO DIGITAL.
Condiciones Generales Audiovisuales.
CAMBIOS DE FECHA O CANCELACIÓN DEL EVENTO.
En caso de aplazar el evento o cancelarlo por causa de fuerza mayor, toque de queda, confinamiento, restricciones en movilidad terrestre o aérea, cierre de fronteras Internacionales o cualquier impedimento conocido o por conocer. El artista y su representante, entregará una nueva fecha para realizar el evento cuando es aplazado. Si el evento es cancelado podrá utilizar el recurso económico en un nuevo evento. Para los cambios de fecha o cancelación del evento se debe tener en cuenta las políticas de cancelación y cambios de fechas:
CAUSALES DE TERMINACIÓN:
el Rider Técnico, Catering, Camerino, Seguridad del artista y su equipo de trabajo en el lugar del evento. Caso en el cual habrá lugar a las indemnizaciones pertinentes a favor de la parte cumplida.
NOTA: Nathalie Ortiz o Urban Violin Girl por medio de este contrato, declara que la única compañía o empresa encargada y autorizada por el artista y su marca para la venta de conciertos, eventos y representación es JGRMUSIC en calidad de representante legal Julián Alberto Gil Rojas con c.c. 16940889 Cali. NO existe ninguna agencia, sello discográfico, persona natural o representante que venda la marca del artista Nati Ortiz, Nathalie Ortiz o Urban Violin Girl. Garantizamos a nuestros clientes que NO existe en la industria musical a nivel Nacional o Internacional otro artista que se haga llamar Nati Ortiz o Urban Violin Girl con el mismo nombre o figura pública. La marca Nati Ortiz o Urban Violin Girl es registrada y por medio de su casa disquera JGRMUSIC cumple con los derechos de COPYRIGTH a nivel nacional e internacional a todos los autores y compositores para la ejecución publica de los fonogramas (canciones) en el territorio del mundo y plataformas digitales. El CONTRATANTE deberá́ realizar el pago o ser responsable económicamente de los derechos de autor exigidos por entidades que regulen estos derechos si esto se presenta en el evento privado.
